What to Expect:

In this beginner‑friendly, hands‑on workshop, you’ll:

Build a small raised garden box from scratch with my step‑by‑step guidance
Use real tools safely and confidently, even if you’ve never used any tools before
Learn how to choose lumber and materials that will hold up through Alaskan seasons
Leave with a simple checklist of what to buy later (soil, compost, plants, etc.) so you can fill and plant your box on your own timeline

You’ll be working in a small group, so there’s plenty of time for questions about your space and what you’d like to grow.

No previous building or gardening experience is required. If you can show up in closed‑toe shoes and are willing to try, you’re ready.
